Project Brief
With over 200 clientele, Aspira is a financial planning firm specialising in workplace pensions and wealth management for executives and private clients. Their service results in a lifetime financial plan including protection, retirement planning and investment solutions.
Aspira contacted McFeggan Brown with the need for our office design and fit-out expertise within the central hub of Bristol. After losing out on one building, they opted for a 5380 sqft space at 3 Temple Quay. The building is a landmark office building in Bristol’s popular Temple Wharf office district. The suite benefits from riverfront views and excellent proximity to Bristol Temple Meads.
Seven floors up, the space was designed to maximise natural lighting in the main open-plan areas. Any darker areas of the building were to be reserved for the tea point and meeting spaces, areas that are only used for a short period of time.
The office is now suited to Aspira’s new working styles, with many areas to collaborate and socialise with colleagues, as well as quiet zones to take calls and work independently.
