This project focused on turning a vacant space within Bristol’s iconic Castlemead tower, into a bold and contemporary office where hybrid staff would be proud to spend time. The design needed to feel professional and welcoming from the moment you arrive, with clear zoning for meetings, private work and collaboration.

Key design requirements included:

Bold, yet welcoming colours and textures.
Brand-led interiors using feature colours, graphics and bespoke details.
Centrally located town hall for all-hands meetings.
A well-planned layout combining meeting space, private rooms and staff areas.
Enhanced ambience and comfort through lighting, ceilings and acoustic treatment.
A clean, modern aesthetic with robust, high-quality finishes throughout.

Project Delivery

McFeggan Brown delivered the full fit-out over a 12-week programme, from initial strip-out through to final handover — on plan, on time and on budget.

Regular site meetings kept Baltimore fully informed on progress, key milestones and any challenges that arose, ensuring clear communication throughout. The works included new partitioning to create offices and meeting rooms, upgrades to M&E services, new lighting, air conditioning, ceilings and acoustic finishes. Final touches included flooring, kitchens, furniture and branded graphics.
