Project Brief
McFeggan Brown partnered with Cellular Agriculture for a laboratory fit out and office fit out. We designed and carried out a fit out for a state of the art 18 000 sq ft laboratory facility with associated office, meeting room and break out spaces. The building was designed to facilitate the demands of the clients continued growth with laboratories for development proprietary cell culture technology.
Key components of the installation include.
- Mezzanine Installation
- Partition construction of labs, offices, meeting rooms.
- Washroom and shower installation.
- New HVAC and air conditioning system. Including construction of new plant areas.
- New electrical installation sub-distribution circuits and BMS.
- Laboratory Benching.

- New flooring including carpet tile and vinyl flooring.
- Office Furniture, with height adjustable desks, booths, meeting tables and reception desk.
