Project Brief
A confidential client in north Bristol engaged with McFeggan Brown to design and fit out a large warehouse with a state-of-the-art office space. A previously empty warehouse space was transformed into a sophisticated office area with elements including a new mezzanine floor to facilitate several rooms, and an open plan collaboration space. On the ground floor we installed a spacious kitchen and breakout area with a range of seating options, enclosed offices, and toilets.
The most notable design features included a large indoor tree with a circular modular sofa, and expansive windows in the meeting rooms to allow for a view into the atrium. Many of the walls were built to have a high acoustic rating to ensure privacy. Security and fire safety were a high priority, so the design incorporated several exits from the first floor.
The end result is a beautifully designed space which meets the client’s requirements fully and creates a stunning, inspirational workspace.
