A confidential client in North Bristol engaged McFeggan Brown to transform a large warehouse unit into a modern, high-quality office environment. The brief focused on creating a practical workspace with strong zoning for collaboration, private meetings, and staff wellbeing â€” while making full use of the building volume through the addition of a mezzanine level.

Key design features included a welcoming breakout space with a large kitchen, enclosed meeting rooms with acoustic privacy, and carefully positioned glazing to maximise light and views into the atrium. The layout also prioritised security, safe circulation, and clear escape routes throughout.

The end result is a clean, modern workspace with clear zoning, strong functionality, and a high-quality finish that supports day-to-day operations while creating a great environment for staff and visitors.
