We worked with Perspectum to develop the empty ground floor of their building in Cowley as one of our Oxford fit-out projects.

From an initial Teams meeting, it became clear there were two parts to the requirement. One was a laboratory for blood testing and another separate project was to create a waiting area with a number of clinical consulting rooms.

The laboratory was to be a separate area, with a controlled access door, although access to the laboratory would be through the waiting area.

Project Delivery

Key challenges on the project were firstly that there was a need to provide pumped drainage as the lab was some way out from the core. Also, we needed to replace the original exposed services with a suspended ceiling.
