McFeggan Brown has opened a new eastern regional office at 1, Centrus, Mead Lane, Hertford, SG13 7GX.
The move strengthens the company’s presence across London, Stevenage, Cambridge and the wider east of England, bringing its design, project management and installation expertise closer to clients in one of the UK’s fastest-growing life sciences and commercial property corridors.
With over 30 years’ experience delivering office design, refurbishment and workspace fit-out projects, McFeggan Brown expanded into specialist laboratory design and fit-out through its acquisition of Kastner in 2020.
Guided by its core values of integrity, trust and consistency, the company has built a reputation for high-quality, end-to-end delivery on projects ranging from 1,000 to 100,000 sq ft.
The new eastern base will allow McFeggan Brown to provide faster response times, local project oversight and dedicated support as demand grows across the region’s commercial and scientific sectors.
The new office will be led by Vernon Milner, who joins McFeggan Brown as Regional Sales Lead for the East of England. Vernon brings a wealth of experience from across the property, construction and fit-out sector, having previously served as Pre-Construction Manager at Resipoint, the Gloucester-based offsite manufacturer known for its factory-built M&E and utility solutions for the construction industry, and before that at a Hertfordshire-based office design and fit-out specialist with over 40 years’ experience delivering projects across London and the Home Counties. His background across both offsite innovation and traditional workspace fit-out makes him ideally placed to lead McFeggan Brown’s growth in the region.
