There are various phases to a project and although the time varies with the size of the project the sequence is always the same. To start with there is the design process, and the more thoroughly this is gone through the more smoothly the project will run and the better the end result will be. Then there is the project lead-in time, often overlooked – usually three or four weeks to allow labour to be mobilized and materials, equipment and furniture to be ordered.

All our work carries a 12 month defects period and in addition we will ensure that you get access to the manufacturers warranty for any materials or equipment that is fitted as part of the project. This information is issued as an O & M manual and is given to you in either hard copy or electronic format, or both.
