Project Brief
An existing client of McFeggan Brown for several years, ARAG Plc are an innovative and highly successful legal insurance organisation working in partnership with brokers, insurers and solicitors.
After working on their Bristol office, they approached us to carry out the fit-out of their new suite in the centre of Dublin. With more and more of their staff working remotely, the need for large office space was no longer required. A new location was found only doors away on the 7th floor terrace with views overlooking the stunning landscape of Dublin and trams and public transport passing the doorstep, it was the ideal fit!
Works commenced in late November 2022 and were completed in January 2023. Starting from the initial design stage, we ensured the space matched their Bristol space, in particular, the colour scheme with not a dull corner! We carried out the full package from strip out to new partitions and electrical installations, kitchen, flooring, and furniture.
