Project Brief
McFeggan Brown were selected by CSA Catapult to design and deliver their new Future Telecoms Hub, based at the Innovation Hub on the Bristol and Bath Science Park.
Starting off as two very bland offices, the space was transformed over the course of the project into a fun and creative place to work.
We removed the existing flooring and suspended ceilings, installed a glass partition between the rooms, fitted new flooring, installed a compressed air system, redecorated throughout, fitted motorised blinds, and installed furniture.
In addition, a strong emphasis on design meant several unique elements featured in the build. This included:
- A bespoke seating bench transitioning to coffee bar.
- A bespoke acoustic baffle ceiling design for each room.
- Switchable film to the glass partition between the rooms.
- Writable paint to selected walls.
This made the end result even more impressive. We hope CSA Catapult enjoy their new space!
