Project Brief
All buildings have been designed to minimise the College’s impact on the environment, utilising the earth’s natural resources, such as sunlight and rainwater. They are designed to minimise the carbon emissions whilst providing a very comfortable place to work and study.
Critical to the success of this project was the installation and the location of the extract fans. The fans were installed on the roof garden of the college, towards the rear of the building where the visual impact would be minimal. The piercing of the green roof was done with great care to avoid compromising the weatherproof membrane.
The cabinets were delivered to site on time and the modern design and smart look of the finished installation was pleasing to both the contractor and the college.
