Digital Liver Scan experts, Perspectum of Oxford, engaged with McFeggan Brown and their specialist laboratory division, Kastner, to deliver the fit-out of the ground floor at their prestigious building located on Oxford Business Park for their laboratory and clinical room requirements.
The development was a skilful adaptation of the ground floor space, which was originally designated for offices, and has transformed the area, allowing Perspectum to move forward with their clinical programme and widen their offering, bringing all aspects of their laboratory testing programme in-house.
Kastner undertook all aspects of the work, including the construction of an external concrete ramp and a new entrance doorway in the external curtain wall system, formed the walls of the laboratory and clinical rooms, installed a waste pumping system, flooring, ceilings, decorations, supplied and installed the laboratory furniture, and clinical style handwash facilities in the clinical rooms.
